On my academic journey, I have been fortunate to pursue a Ph.D. in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), supervised by Professor Lei CHEN since September 2019. During my Ph.D. studies, I focused on research interests in explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). Before starting my Ph.D., I completed my MSc degree in Big Data Technology at HKUST. During this program, I had the privilege of broadening my horizons as an exchange student studying Applied Mathematics at CentraleSupélec. I earned a BSc degree in Computing Mathematics from City University of Hong Kong (CityU).
Since February 2024, I have been working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Hong Kong Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (HKCeND), directed by Professor Nancy Y. IP. My current research continues to build upon my expertise in computer science with a focus on the application of (X)AI in the study of neurodegenerative diseases.
